The products in our webshop are displayed with digital images. This representation may differ from the actual appearance of the product. It is possible that the color of a product may be different due to color calibration, which may vary from device to device.
etmoietmoi ships internationally.
If your country is not listed, please send us an email and we make sure, we ship to your country.
All products are hand made with care. It takes about 10 days to produce and send them. We appreciate your patience in receiving them.
For all online orders:
Just send your item back UNWORN within 7 days (we will count the date of the shipping), and choose from a refund or an exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.
Please send the item back in the same condition we sent it to you in its original packaging (usually a box) wrapped carefully and securely in its box.
Please use Recorded Delivery or another tracked delivery service to return your item.
Please send the item with your receipt and contact details to etmoietmoi, Hammerstrasse 90, 4057 Basel, Switzerland.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept payments with all major credit cards through STRIPE and prepayment via bank transfer.
HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?
This store uses STRIPE for payments, and STRIPE automatically encrypts your confidential information.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED WHEN I AM NOT THERE?
If a signature is not available on delivery a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at the nearest Post Office.
